，音樂家們可以在四個不同的樓層展示他們的作品，并在圓形平臺上通過三個開口向觀眾展現(xiàn)。 拉脫維亞建筑事務(wù)所Didzis Jaunzems Architecture設(shè)計了這個2,5 m×2,5 m x 2,5 m的固定結(jié)構(gòu)裝置，能夠快捷地組裝、拆卸和移動。
